Blue Chalcedony so celestial and serene.  [kal-sed-uh-nih].  This is a term for the group of smooth quartz with a waxy sort of appearance.  A sacred stone in the America of the Native Americans.  Translucent and maybe even transparent with coloring of grayish white to white, blue, brown - reddish brown, and black.
