Are these other blue specimens chalcedony or lepidolite?
Lepidolite, in most descriptions, doesn't usually include the blue color. But sometimes the blue just comes through. I say the pale blue gray boulder, pictured above, is lepidolite and that is what I labeled it when I took the photo.
