Magnesium is a major mineral. Without magnesium calcium could not be as effective in maintaining the bones and tissue of our body. These two minerals combine synergistically, meaning their combined effect is greater than the sum of each separate effect. If magnesium levels go down the cellular energy goes up, it is increased due to the extra effort required by our bodily cells to pump out excess calcium. This mineral deficiency, causing this extra work, could cause some body to become easily, or more easily, exhausted.
If calcium levels are excessive the imbalance is also created and the symptoms of magnesium deficiency arise, such as migrane headaches. PMS or other such health issues may also become problems.
Grasping the basics of what builds and maintains health, such as the essential minerals is just as valuable, if not more so, as going to the gym. Excercising the mind can indeed maintain the body health. Lack of excercising a lazy mind could facilitate the causes of physical weakness, eventually. The mind is a muscle that also benefits from a regular work out.
If leg muscles cramp up after laborious work or a 10 mile bike ride do you know how to remedy this? Or better yet, how to avoid it all together. If the body muscles are to stay in shape the mind must be in the game as well.
We acquire a lot of information over our life and so much of it is useless or just plain wrong. But everyday we use our body just to exist in this material world, yet we lack the basic material knowledge of our own body.
Minerals are miniscule unseen electric and magnetic forces playing out for us everyday we live. They can be just like the wi fi that we take for granted to do all of our daily communications, subjugations and streaming durations. Everything goes on until suddenly the power goes out, The electricity can't get through the wires for some unknown reason which we are usually in the dark about.
The electricity that runs the world is not necessarily a current of intelligence. It is our innate intelligence which shines the light on the unseen magic and miracles that are generated from our human body. Unseen does not necessarily mean unknown. We can see people every single day that we do not know, and we can know people that we have never seen. Behind the scenes its really all about where you shine your light and if you have the power of intelligence on.
This article is not a - you should do this for better whatever- but rather a highlight of the how to,... how to reach the resources and tools, how to help ourselves, how to see clearly what may be the unseen to others.
How we put things in our bodies and brains is an equal to what we put in. Very much like magnesium and calcium, the how and what work together synergistically.
The intelligence of the medicine is in the absorbtion of the remedy.
So with minerals a good place to begin is by learning how the body best absorbs minerals and what inhibits absorbtion. For example, a body must be well hydrated for the magic to flow through the body. If we don’t drink enough pure water or drink too much alcohol the body won’t be able to take in, absorb, the mineral forces. Dehydration alone causes many bodily issues.
Fresh pressed juice is an excellent source of minerals and a great way to take these in. But if you like your fresh squeezed orange juice with vodka, well, you’ll have to shed more light on the goal.
Linus Pauling, 1901 - 1994, was a man who was able to see where others could not, and took criticism from those with less in-sight than he had. A person could delve into his decades of work and excercise one’s own opinion on the value of his studies.
Or, a beginner could pick up a small little book by Norman Walker, 1886 -1985, or another book written by one who was mentored by Linus Pauling, A True Ott, Wellness Secrets for Life.
Or if a person is inclined to Astrology the book by George Carey, 1845-1924, on the subject of cell salts [minerals]. Some astrology sites are passing on his studies but not his name in relation to them. The Zodiac and the Salts of Salvation
Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) gave a course to farmers in Europe in 1924, The Agriculture Course- which may be found in written translation or audio formats. (Utilize only the works with a human translator for authentic resiources) In the 1920's Steiner began the Biodynamic Farming movement that has taken hold throughout the world. He achieved this movement with the farmers and because the farmers asked for his assistance.
Harvey Lisle published his book in 1994, to pass on his experiences of follow up with Steiner’s work and “ the knowledge and wisdom of our ancient forbears”.
Or even RA Schwaller de Lubicz (1887-1961) will take anyone interested along on his journey into Egypt and The Temple of Man, the temple of Luxor. Twelve years of research at the temple of Luxor is shared with us in a way that presents the Ancient Wisdom from the insight of the Ancient Wisdom Keepers. The human in the cosmos and the cosmos in the human. This is a true in depth work of the human being. Before writing the Temple of Man Schwaller wrote a smaller work, a presention for the scientific community of his day, The Temple IN Man. Start with this book. You will know then if the way for the major work has been opened in you.

All of these players share the insight into the same unseen realms that we move through every hour. Each one did fling the gossamer thread, while waiting patiently for that moment when somewhere it will catch.
Pick up any of these works and you will encounter the same gossamer threads weaving and intermingling the subtle fabric worn by the ancients and handed down to us if we can still see, as did Walt Whitman.
