Gypsum and Selenite

Gypsum and Selenite

Selenite is gypsum In crystal formation. In the form of masses gypsum is alabaster, and in fibrous shapes it is called gypsum.

Some of the uses of selenite are related to gaining clarity in situations that may be occurring and to gain awareness of the self, which ultimately is a key to clarity.

As a cell salt, the mineral state or chemical composition of gypsum is calcium sulphate

Selenite -a name derived from the Greek in allusion to its pearly luster (moon light) on cleavage fragments.

Gypsum- meaning to to wander without a fixed purpose, to go around, or to gyrate, a circular motion.  ... But add water and a stone is formed.

Gypsy is derived from the same root.

There is a world of information on minerals, crystals and stone ranging from very surface level fun to stone medicine, cell salts, and more.

Extended details on the qualities of gypsum and selenite have been pulled from many resources blending alchemy, astrology, geology, minerals and cell salts and even Egypt. And put together in a downloable PDF.  All sources are listed and most have links for taking your own understanding even deeper.

The Crystal Insights are made available as each is completed.  The Selenite and gypsum resource is offered in a 4 page PDF Digital Download #260619 for $2.

At the close of the PDF it says

What a flood of information to swim around in, or simply wade in to get your feet wet.  Don't be afraid to dive in.   If it all seems way over your head just remember so is the sun, the moon and all the stars.  But the light penetrates in waves and particles to help us see and cut through obstacles.
